This survey has been designed to better understand consumer attitudes toward natural and certified organic beauty. 

We are seeking insight into: 

• How important natural and certified formulations are to purchasing decisions 
• Whether certifications influence trust and brand perception 
• Regional differences in consumer preferences 

The findings will inform INIKA’s future brand positioning, communication strategy , and product development priorities. 

The survey has been distributed to customers who have previously purchased from INIKA. In addition, we will promote participation via paid media and social channels to gather insights from new-to-brand consumers. 

The survey takes approximately 7 minutes to complete.

All participants who complete the survey will receive:  

• A $15 online voucher, issued via email 
• Voucher issued weekly, up until 31 March 
• Minimum spend of $40 + shipping applies
