Selected INIKA products are now available as a subscription. This allows you to automatically replenish your favourite products at a frequency that suits you. Choose from 4, 8 or 12 week intervals.

Can I use discounts with my subscription order?
Our subscriptions are not eligible for discount stacking. You will receive 10% off your first and subsequent subscription items, but additional discount codes do not apply to subscriptions.
How often do subscriptions ship?
You can set your shipping frequency to 4, 8 or 12 weeks.
How do I edit, skip or cancel my subscription?
You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription by navigating to the Account login page on our site and clicking “Manage Your Subscriptions". You do not need to be logged into an INIKA account to access this – you'll just need to use the same email or phone number you provided while signing up for your subscription.
What is the deadline for modifications to my subscription?
All modifications to Subscriptions will need 24 hours notice prior to the next scheduled re-order date.
How do I update my shipping address or payment details?
You can do this my logging into your account, clicking on your Profile in the top right navigation. Then click Profile to bring up your address and payment details. Click the pencil icon next to the details to wish to change.
Do I need to pay shipping with subscriptions?
Shipping for all subscription orders are free.
Can I return a subscription order?
Yes, you can return your order as normal, as long as it meets our return criteria on our returns page.
