How do I join KIN?
If you are already an INIKA Organic customer and have made a purchase from our website, you will automatically be enrolled into the KIN Loyalty Program. Simply log in to access your rewards.
If you are new to INIKA Organic, you can sign up for an account on our website here: https://www.inikaorganic.com/pages/rewards or by using your email address or Shop App details. Once your account is created, you’ll be automatically enrolled in KIN by INIKA.
How does KIN Rewards work?
Your KIN level is based on your total online spend within a 12-month period, starting from the day you join the Loyalty Program. Purchases made on the INIKA Organic website in your country count towards your tier.
What information do I need to join KIN?
To create a KIN account, you’ll need to provide your email address. For purchases, you’ll also be asked for your name, phone number, and billing address.

What are the KIN levels?
KIN by INIKA levels are based on your total spend within a 12-month period:
KIND: $0 – $350
KINDER: $350 – $750
KINDEST: Over $750
How do I know which level I am in?
Log in to your account and check the Rewards page to see your tier, points balance and rewards.
How do I level up?
As soon as your spend passes the next threshold, you’ll move up within 48 hours. Your level is reviewed annually based on your rolling 12-month spend.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points are valid for 12 months from your sign-up anniversary date.
Can I redeem more than one reward per order?
No. Rewards can’t be stacked or combined with other discount codes, offers, or sale items. Only one reward can be applied per order.
Can I use my KIN rewards in store?
Currently, KIN rewards are only available for purchases made online in Australia. We’re working on expanding soon – stay tuned!
What happens if I return products?
If you return an item, the corresponding points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your KIN balance.
What if I used guest checkout?
Guest checkout purchases don’t automatically count towards your KIN spend. Please contact our Customer Care team so we can help add them to your account.
Does my membership expire?
No – once you’ve joined, your membership never expires. Eachyear, your level is reviewed to reflect your spend over the past 12 months.
How do I log in to my KIN account?
You can login to your KIN Account just be logging in to your INIKA Organic Account. Click My Rewards in the navigation to see your rewards page.
What benefits will I receive as a KIN member?
Every purchase earns you points and unlocks exclusive rewards, including 1 point for every $1 you spend. when you reach 200 points, you can redeem this off your future purchases.
Your exclusive benefits change depending on your tier level. These include:
- Tier upgrade bonus points
- Birthday gifts
- Bonus points on your 2nd shop
- VIP early access to curated product drops
- Member-only competitions and double-points days
How do I maintain my level?
Your level is based on your spend over the past 12 months. To remain in Kinder or Kindest, your rolling spend must continue to meet that level’s threshold
How long do I have to redeem a KIN reward?
Points are valid for 12 months from your sign-up anniversary.
Birthday rewards are valid for 30 days. Each reward will display it's expiry date in your account.
Why am I not receiving KIN emails?
You may not have provided us with permission to send you marketing emails. Please contact us or opt in to emails by signing up in the footer of the website.
How do I redeem my KIN rewards?
Eligible rewards appear automatically at checkout when you’re logged into your account – no codes required
Can I redeem multiple rewards in the same order?
No. Rewards cannot be stacked or combined. One reward can be applied per transaction
How long will it take for my spend to update after a purchase?
Your points balance and spend usually update within 48 hours of purchase
Are there any exclusions on earning points?
You can earn points on all purchases with the exception of clearance items.
