Glowy and hydrating on the skin but without looking like a disco ball. Works really well under their mineral foundation. Slightly tacky but in the good way. The only reason I dropped down a star is because I wish it came in a pump instead of a dropper! It didn’t always dispense enough product for me as the formula is on the thicker side."
