We make every effort to dispatch online orders within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are usually processed the following business day.

Please Note: If your order is shipped from our warehouse to an international address, goods may be subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable in your country before delivery can be made.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the country. Packages undeliverable by any carrier and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our warehouse, minus delivery charges.
