Please note: When ordering, please choose your product shades carefully as we do not offer refunds for the incorrect colour choice.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and PayPal. You can also pay using a number of other debit and credit cards by choosing "PayPal Express Checkout" as your payment method, or by clicking on the "Check out with Paypal" button on the cart page. The list of debit and credit cards accepted varies according to your country. You don't need a PayPal account to use PayPal as your payment method, just select "Pay with a credit or debit card" on the PayPal Express Checkout page.

Once you have registered to become a member, you will receive an automated email confirming your personal details and password. You can log in here.

Your online security is important to us. We have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times.

All pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our site are secure.

Everyone loves giving and receiving gifts. So if your cosmetics order is a gift for someone special, you can send your purchases to a different shipping address.

  • Simply add the item to your cart as normal
  • Go to the checkout page
  • Enter your billing address (that your credit card is linked to)
  • Then unselect the option "Ship to the same address"
  • Enter the shipping address of the person you are sending the item(s) to
  • Choose your shipping and payment method
  • Click "Place order now"
  • An order confirmation will be sent to your email address
  • Soon your loved one will receive a happy surprise in the mail!

We make every effort to dispatch online orders within 24 hours but there may be a delay if you place your order on a weekend or a public holiday.

After your order is placed, you will receive your order receipt number. You will also receive an email with details of your online purchase and a link to track the progress of your parcel.

If you have any questions about the progress of your order please contact our head office and one of our friendly team members will be more than happy to assist you.

Occasionally, a product may be temporarily unavailable and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Unavailable products will be displayed in red as 'temporarily out of stock'. If this is the case, we encourage you to return to our website to purchase the product at a later time.

You may change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched from our premises. You can check this by tracking your order using the link in your order confirmation email.

If your order has not been dispatched but payment has been processed, we can change the order or place a full refund to your credit card. Please contact us ASAP to avoid disappointment.

To purchase a product online, simply select from the categories along the top of the website and find your preferred product.

  1. Click on the product you want
  2. Select quantity (and colour if applicable)
  3. Click on Add to Cart
  4. To pay for your order select ‘view cart and checkout’, or
  5. If you want or select ‘continue shopping’ to shop for more items. (NB: the number of items and value of your order will be displayed on the top right the navigation bar and updated as you order);
  6. When you are on the checkout page enter your billing address
  7. Choose your shipping and payment method
  8. Click on ‘Place Order Now’
  9. An email will be sent to your email address we have on file for you, and
  10. Soon you will receive a happy package in the mail!
